GRID Corp.'s Servicebook™ portal (patent pending), available in the cloud or on-premise,  enables organizations and teams to collaboratively plan, deliver and manage their programs and services using their business terms and in their language. At the portal, the business lead selects a management template based on whether their initiative is best suited to a balanced scorecard, logic model, Program Alignment Architecture, CoBIT, or their own or some other business planning and performance management framework.

Whether the lead is responsible for horizontal policies involving multiple levels of government and NGOs, shared services offices, or grant & contribution programs, the implementation teams may be able to start delivering under the new management framework using open standards on their existing Content Management Systems (e.g. Open Text/GCDOCS, SharePoint, Alfresco) and common desktop applications in less than a month...all while being compliant with their organization's Information and Records Management policies and guidelines.

The magic occurs once Servicebook™dashboards are being provisioned in real-time as the team plans its work and works its plan to further improve performance and achieve their vision. Continually improving and redeploying their Servicebook™, productivity soars with morale and the insight that innovation comes from people and not technology.

Servicebook™ Successfully Benchmarked on $30M G&C ProgramGTEC-2015.png

Servicebook™ was successfully benchmarked against existing production systems used to plan, deliver and manage a federally-funded, provincially-managed, and municipally-delivered grant and contribution program.  GRID Corp. President Daood Aidroos demonstrated to the Canadian federal government's Treasury Board Secretariat President how the three governments' purpose built systems could be replaced by their existing Content Management Systems automatically configured through open standards with metadata data models collaboratively developed on the Servicebook™ portal.  Servicebook™ was used to leverage the  content synchronization and metadata services of Open Text/GCDOCS, Microsoft SharePoint and Alfresco enabling each organization to design the G&C program's performance and information management plans, deliver the program using widely deployed desktop applications, and manage for results using automatically generated dashboards.
